First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tested two hands-on treatments for cervicogenic headaches, which start in the neck. 72 adults received either Mulligan SNAG (a gentle glide technique) or Active Release Technique (a soft tissue method) three times a week for four weeks. Researchers measured pain, headache impact, and neck function at the start, after treatment, and at eight weeks to see which approach worked better.
