Summary

This study looks at whether a specific sequence of hands-on therapy (manual therapy) can change the activity of the autonomic nervous system—the body's automatic system that controls things like heart rate and stress. The researchers will measure heart rate and other signals in 96 healthy adults before and after the therapy. The goal is to understand if these techniques can increase the 'rest and digest' (parasympathetic) activity and decrease the 'fight or flight' (sympathetic) activity.
