Summary
This study tests whether manual acupuncture can safely reduce the bothersome ringing or buzzing in the ears (tinnitus) that started within the last 6 months. Researchers will enroll 180 adults aged 18 to 65 who have moderate to severe tinnitus. The main goal is to see if acupuncture improves how much tinnitus affects daily life, using standard questionnaires.
