New drug cocktail shows promise for first-line mantle cell lymphoma treatment

Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (obinutuzumab, zanubrutinib, and lenalidomide) followed by a short course of chemotherapy (cytarabine) in 39 adults newly diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma who have not received prior treatment. The goal is to see how well this approach works at shrinking or eliminating the cancer and to check for side effects. Participants must be 18-80 years old with measurable disease and adequate organ function.
