Summary

This study is testing two different combinations of three drugs (glofitamab, venetoclax, and zanubrutinib) for people with a high-risk form of mantle cell lymphoma, a type of blood cancer. It is for adults who are either newly diagnosed with very high-risk features or whose cancer has come back or stopped responding to prior treatments. The main goal is to see if these combinations can keep the cancer from getting worse for a longer period of time.
