Summary
This study is testing a combination of three drugs (acalabrutinib, venetoclax, and obinutuzumab) for people with mantle cell lymphoma, a type of blood cancer. It includes patients whose cancer has come back after treatment and those who have not yet been treated. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how well the combination works to put the cancer into complete remission.
