New shot could tame stubborn high blood pressure

Summary
This study tests a daily injection called MANP for 42 days in people whose high blood pressure is not controlled even with three or more medications. The goal is to see if MANP safely lowers daytime blood pressure more than a placebo. About 120 adults aged 18–80 who are already on multiple blood pressure drugs will take part.
