New MRI dye could sharpen images of brain and body lesions

Summary

This study tests a new contrast agent called mangaciclanol for MRI scans in 640 adults with known or suspected brain or body lesions. The goal is to see if it improves image quality and lesion detection compared to a standard agent. Participants will receive both agents at different times for comparison.
