NCT ID NCT07461922
First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a guided mandala coloring activity could improve the emotional bond between first-time mothers and their newborns after a difficult birth. 66 women who had a negative birth experience were randomly assigned to either a structured mandala session or free coloring. The goal was to see if the mandala approach helped reduce bonding problems and increase parenting confidence.
