First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at whether coloring mandalas or listening to music can reduce premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms and improve quality of life. About 108 female university students with moderate-to-severe PMS will be randomly assigned to color mandalas, listen to music, or receive no extra intervention. Researchers will measure changes in PMS severity and well-being using standard questionnaires.
