NCT ID NCT07448636

First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at whether coloring mandalas (circular patterns) twice a week for 5 weeks can lower anxiety and fatigue, and improve breastfeeding confidence and mother-baby bonding in women who had a C-section. About 140 mothers will be randomly assigned to either color mandalas or receive standard care. Researchers will measure their anxiety, fatigue, breastfeeding self-efficacy, and attachment at several points over 6 weeks.
