Summary

This study looks at whether coloring mandalas can improve life satisfaction and mental well-being in people over 65 living in nursing homes. Twenty-three participants will color mandalas and complete surveys about their mood and life satisfaction. The goal is to see if this simple, enjoyable activity can help older adults feel better emotionally.
