Summary
This study tested whether coloring mandala patterns for eight weeks could improve life satisfaction and mental well-being in elderly nursing home residents. Twenty-three volunteers aged 65 and older participated, completing surveys before and after the coloring activity. The goal was to see if this simple, creative activity could serve as a helpful tool for improving mood and outlook.
