NCT ID NCT07145853
Summary
This study tested whether a simple art activity—coloring mandala circles—could help ease anxiety, reduce fatigue, and improve sleep for elderly people living in a nursing home. Researchers worked with 63 residents aged 65 and older to see if this non-drug activity provided mental and emotional benefits. The goal was to find a safe, enjoyable way to improve well-being and quality of life.
