Summary

This study compares three medications—magnesium sulphate, ondansetron, and dexmedetomidine—to see which works best for stopping shivering after spinal anesthesia. Sixty adults having lower abdominal or leg surgery will take part. The main goal is how quickly shivering stops, and the study also checks heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels.
