Summary
This study tested a special program to help breast cancer patients manage joint and muscle pain caused by hormone therapy. About 289 women took part, receiving either the tailored program or standard care. The program included health education and nursing guidance adapted to each patient's cultural background. Researchers checked if the program was easy to use and if it improved symptoms and quality of life.
