First seen Jan 14, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether a more intensive management plan—including a personalized diet, moderate exercise, and frequent check-ups—works better than standard care for controlling blood sugar in pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Sixty women between 24-28 weeks of pregnancy will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to reduce short- and long-term health problems for both mother and baby.
