Summary
This study looks at common treatments for sinus infections, including nasal steroids, nasal irrigation, and oral antibiotics. It aims to find out which patients truly benefit from antibiotics and which other options work best. About 3,720 adults with sinus infection symptoms will take part. The goal is to improve symptom relief and reduce unnecessary antibiotic use.
