First major study launched for deadliest form of high blood pressure

Summary

This study is creating the first large-scale registry of patients with malignant hypertension, the most severe form of high blood pressure. Researchers will track 1,200 patients across multiple centers to better understand how the disease affects people today, how it's currently treated, and what happens to patients over five years. The goal is to gather enough solid information to eventually create better diagnosis methods and treatment recommendations.
