European registry to track Long-Term success of incontinence surgeries

Summary
This study is a registry that collects information from over 1,000 men across Europe who have surgery for stress urinary incontinence. The surgeries include an artificial urinary sphincter or a male sling. The goal is to see how well these procedures work over 10 years, focusing on how many men become dry or only need a small security pad.
