NCT ID NCT06724614
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug called VDPHL01 for male pattern baldness (androgenetic alopecia). About 480 men aged 18 to 65 with mild to moderate hair loss will take either the drug or a placebo for 6 months, then all will receive the active drug for another 6 months. The goal is to see if the drug safely increases hair count and improves perceived hair growth.
