Summary

This early-stage study tests whether a drug called silodosin can work as a temporary, non-hormonal birth control pill for men. Two hundred healthy, sexually active men will take either silodosin or a placebo. Researchers will measure sperm count, semen volume, and pregnancy rates over 12 weeks to see if it is effective and safe.
