Summary

This study aims to test if a pill called silodosin can work as a reversible, on-demand contraceptive for men. It will involve 200 healthy, sexually active men, with half taking the pill and half taking a placebo. Researchers will measure sperm counts and track pregnancy rates and side effects over 12 weeks to see if it's effective and safe.
