Summary
This study tests two experimental malaria vaccines—one targeting the blood stage and one the liver stage—alone and combined, in healthy adults (18-45 years) and infants (5-17 months) in The Gambia. The main goal is to check safety and how well the vaccines trigger an immune response. Around 107 participants will receive the vaccines and be monitored for side effects and antibody levels.
