NCT ID NCT06618885

Summary

This study is testing a new malaria vaccine called SUM-101 in young children and infants for the first time. It aims to find out if the vaccine is safe, what side effects it might cause, and if it produces a good immune response against malaria. The study involves 69 healthy children aged 5 months to 5 years in Burkina Faso, who will receive three doses of either the test vaccine or a control vaccine.
