Summary
This study tested a new antibody called TB31F in 167 adults and children in Mali who are often exposed to malaria. The goal was to see if the antibody is safe and can reduce the spread of the malaria parasite to mosquitoes. Participants received either the antibody or a placebo, and researchers measured side effects and how well the antibody worked in the blood.
