Summary
This study tests a new two-part malaria vaccine in 1,200 healthy people aged 9 to 50 in Mali. The goal is to see if the vaccine is safe and can prevent both malaria illness and transmission from person to mosquito. Participants will receive either the vaccine or a control, and researchers will monitor side effects and immune responses.
