Summary

This study tested whether a single dose of two drugs (M5717 and pyronaridine) can clear hidden malaria parasites from the blood and prevent new infections. It involved 192 asymptomatic adults and teens with malaria. The goal was to see how long protection lasts and if the combination is safe.
