New study aims to keep kids malaria-free after hospital discharge

Summary

This study tests different ways to help children in Kenya take malaria prevention medicine after they leave the hospital for severe malaria or severe anemia. About 600 children under 10 years old will take part. The goal is to find the best method to make sure they complete the full prevention course and avoid getting sick again.
