Summary
This study is testing different ways to give malaria prevention medicine to children in Kenya after they leave the hospital for severe anemia or severe malaria. Researchers want to find the best method to help families complete the full 3-month course of preventive treatment. The trial will compare different delivery approaches and support methods like text message reminders or home visits to see which works best.
