NCT ID NCT07235033
Summary
This study tested whether a new two-drug combination (Cipargamin + KLU156) works as well as the standard malaria treatment (Coartem). It involved 60 adolescents and adults with uncomplicated malaria. Researchers measured how quickly and completely the drugs cleared the malaria parasite from the blood and checked for side effects.
