Summary
This study looks at how two common malaria drugs work in 182 Zambian children with uncomplicated malaria. The goal is to see how well the drugs clear malaria parasites from the blood and prevent new infections for up to 9 weeks. Children must weigh at least 10 kg and have a confirmed malaria infection to join.
