Summary
This study tested two common physical therapy techniques—Maitland mobilization and McKenzie press-up exercises—in 50 adults with chronic low back pain lasting 3 months to 2 years. Participants received three sessions per week for four weeks. The goal was to see which method better reduced pain and improved daily function.
