NCT ID NCT06497530

First seen Jun 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of two drugs (lurbinectedin and serplulimab) can help keep extensive-stage small cell lung cancer from growing after initial treatment. About 30 adults whose cancer did not get worse after first-line chemo-immunotherapy will receive the combo as maintenance therapy. The goal is to see if it delays cancer progression and improves survival.
