This study tests whether adding Mailuo Shutong Pills, a Chinese herbal medicine, to standard wound care helps heal diabetic wounds faster. It includes 56 adults with diabetes and a specific tongue diagnosis indicating damp-heat toxin buildup. The main goal is to see if the pills reduce wound size more than standard care alone.
