Summary
This small study compared two different exercise programs for people with Maigne's syndrome, a condition causing back and hip pain. Researchers tested whether core-strengthening exercises or spinal-stretching exercises worked better to reduce pain, improve movement, and correct posture. The trial involved 26 adults and measured results over three weeks.
