Summary
This study tested a combination of three drugs (magrolimab, azacitidine, and venetoclax) in 110 adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that had come back or not responded to treatment. The goal was to find the best dose and see if the combo could control the disease. The trial was terminated early, so final results are limited.
