Summary

This study compares a new heart monitoring technique called magnetocardiography (MCG) to the standard ECG in 100 adults with atrial fibrillation and Long QT syndrome who are starting a heart rhythm medication. The goal is to see if MCG can better predict who will have a safe response to the drug. Participants will be monitored during their hospital stay, and the results may help doctors make safer treatment decisions.
