Magnetic surgery tool tested for Women's health procedures
NCT ID NCT06743256
Summary
This study tested whether a magnetic surgical system is safe and practical for use during laparoscopic gynecological surgeries. Researchers enrolled 12 women scheduled for elective procedures to see if the magnetic tool could reduce the number of surgical ports needed. The trial was terminated early, and the main goal was to gather information about the device's safety and feasibility rather than provide treatment benefits.
