Could your magnesium levels affect how fast your mouth heals after tooth pulling?
NCT ID NCT06891846
Summary
This study looked at whether a person's magnesium level, calculated using a simple score, affects how well the socket heals after a wisdom tooth is surgically removed. Researchers observed 111 healthy adults who had their lower wisdom teeth extracted, tracking their healing progress and pain levels. The goal was to gather knowledge about factors that influence recovery, not to test a new treatment.
