New metal mix nail could mend broken bones better

Summary
This study tests a new type of nail made from magnesium and titanium to fix broken bones in the arms and legs. About 160 adults with fractures in their thigh, shin, or upper arm bone will get either the new nail or a standard metal nail. The goal is to see if the new nail works just as well and is safe, checking bone healing at 6 months after surgery.
