Magnesium may strengthen immune therapy for advanced lung cancer

Summary
This study tests whether adding magnesium to standard chemo-immunotherapy helps people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (stage III or IV). About 230 participants will receive either magnesium or a placebo, without knowing which. The goal is to see if magnesium improves survival and is well tolerated.
