Can a simple mineral pill help you sleep better?
NCT ID NCT07359612
Summary
This study is testing whether taking a daily magnesium supplement can improve general sleep health in people who don't have a diagnosed sleep disorder but feel they are poor sleepers. It will involve 65 healthy adults with low magnesium in their diet taking the supplement for 8 weeks. Researchers will track changes in sleep patterns, diet, and mood to see if the supplement helps people fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly.
