NCT ID NCT07309640
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests if taking magnesium supplements can improve a jaw-widening treatment called Alt-RAMEC for adults aged 18-30 with a narrow upper jaw. Participants will either get the treatment alone or with magnesium. Researchers will measure changes in jaw structure and muscle activity, and track pain levels. The goal is to see if magnesium makes the treatment work better and feel less uncomfortable.
