Baby steps to health: new study aims to prevent obesity before it starts

Summary
This study tests two programs for mothers and caregivers to help prevent childhood obesity. About 266 families with infants 3-9 weeks old will join. The programs teach healthy feeding practices and parenting skills to improve infant growth and eating habits.
