Summary
This study compares 10 different surgical techniques for repairing full-thickness macular holes, a condition that blurs central vision. About 120 adults will be randomly assigned to one of the methods during standard eye surgery. The goal is to see which technique closes the hole most effectively and improves vision the most over one year.
