New eye drug aims to restore vision in inflammatory swelling

Summary
This study tests an experimental eye injection called tabirafusp alfa (KSI-101) for people with macular edema (swelling in the back of the eye) caused by inflammation. About 150 adults with active or past eye inflammation and mild to moderate vision loss will receive either the drug or a sham injection. The main goal is to see if the drug improves vision over 24 weeks.
