Summary

This study tests a drug called macitentan in 40 adults with chest pain caused by tiny heart vessel problems, not blocked arteries. Participants take the drug for 4 weeks while doctors measure blood flow and symptoms. The goal is to see if macitentan can improve microvascular function and reduce angina, with the hope of finding a better treatment for this common condition.
