NCT ID NCT07392281

Summary

This early study is testing a drug called macitentan for people who have chest pain (angina) but whose main heart arteries are not blocked. The goal is to see if the drug can improve blood flow in the heart's tiny vessels and reduce chest pain symptoms. Researchers will study 40 patients to measure changes in heart function and quality of life over four weeks.
