Summary
This study aims to improve treatment for depression and anxiety by using machine learning to group symptoms into clusters. Researchers will then create a personalized online therapy program based on problem-solving skills. 380 adults with moderate to severe symptoms will be recruited to test if this tailored approach works better than usual care. The goal is to provide a more precise and standardized way to manage mood disorders.
