Summary
This study tested an immunotherapy drug called M7824 for people with advanced mesothelioma that had worsened after standard chemotherapy. 47 patients received the drug through an IV every two weeks to see if it could slow tumor growth and was safe to use. The main goal was to measure how long patients lived without their cancer getting worse.
